Restored to it’s glory as an 1870s-era hotel and restaurant, the Cosmopolitan was made for celebrating. Hosting elaborate fandangos, dances & parties since the 1800’s, it was initiallly built as a private hime and was known throughout California and beyond for elaborate 10-day-long parties that brought together the whole town.
